A jury in Ozark County has found a man guilty of first degree statutory rape and first degree statutory sodomy for raping his daughter in 2006
Forty five year-old Ronnie D. Reece, of Clarkridge, Arkansas, was arrested in December of 2006 after his 7 year-old daughter told her mother Joy Reece, "I'm glad you're home, because when you're home (9-year-old daughter) doesn't have to go stay in the bedroom with daddy."
The older girl told her mother that her father had taken off his clothes and then removed hers and forced himself on her. She said her dad even held his hand over her mouth so no one would hear her screaming.
Shortly after learning of the sexual abuse, Joy Reece left her husband and she and her children stayed at a shelter for women.
BACA (Bikers Against Child Abuse) members were in court to show support for the girl who is now 13 years-old.
Reese is scheduled to be sentenced on September 8th.
